If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we do require more than a two week notice before the party date.
You will receive a full refund for the amount you have paid. If needed the date can be rearranged for the party; depending on availability. Please contact straight away.
If you cancel within the two weeks of the party date then unfortunately the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note: any personalised items cannot be refunded as these are custom made.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
