How soon can I book a party?
Please get in touch as soon as you know the date. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Which areas do you cover?
We are excited to be covering all of London and the surroundings including Luton, Watford, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. Please contact if your area isn’t listed.
What age do you need to be for a sleepover package?
The sleepover package can be hired from the age of 4 to adults! Why should older teenagers and adults miss out on the fun? Our beds fit teepee tents until the age of 12. Anything above can be done without the teepee tents. Get in touch for more information.
How much space is needed for each bed?
For each bed setup we need approximately 80cm x 180cm.
Can I add a tent on at a later date?
Yes, this is subject to availability.
What different themes do you do?
Eesha Events has different themes for the sleepover packages:
Pretty in Pink, Rainbow Party, Rose Gold Vibes, Pastel Party, Barbie Pink, Jungle Safari, Disney, Football, Harry Potter and Gaming.

Sleepover Prices
Our sleepover package for 2 guests start from £160 and additional beds can be added for £50 per bed.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
We require a deposit of 40% to secure the date of the booking. If the party needs to be cancelled for any reason, we do require a two week notice or else the deposit is forfeited.
If its a date change then we will try to be as accommodating as possible depending on availability.
Whats your refund policy?
As long as there is a two week notice before the party date, a full refund will be returned. If notified within the two weeks then the deposit will be forfeited.
